TLDNepal isn't a separate company — it's the domain storefront of NepalCloud Host PVT. LTD. We built it because domain pricing in Nepal is opaque, and we wanted a place to sell domains at close to what we actually pay for them.
Who operates TLDNepal
NepalCloud Host PVT. LTD. is a registered private limited company providing web hosting, domain registration, and cloud infrastructure services. Domain sales run through TLDNepal; billing, support tickets, and account management happen in the same WHMCS client panel used for our hosting customers.
Why prices are lower
Domain registries set a wholesale rate that every registrar pays. What varies is the margin each seller adds at checkout. We keep that margin thin and publish it upfront — see the sourced comparison against other Nepal registrars.

Policies
Domain registrations are non-refundable once activated, consistent with standard registry policy. Renewal reminders are sent before expiry; unrenewed domains typically enter a grace period before a redemption fee applies, per the registry's own rules for that TLD. Full support and billing terms are available in the client panel.
