Check if your domain can be transferred.

We'll check the registry for transfer locks, age requirements, and status codes.

Questions

Why is my domain not eligible for transfer?
The three most common reasons are a registrar lock (clientTransferProhibited), a domain that was registered or transferred within the last 60 days, and a domain that is expired or in a redemption period. The checker tells you which one applies.
How long does a domain transfer take?
Usually 5 to 7 days for gTLDs like .com, because the losing registrar has a 5-day window to approve or let it auto-approve. Approving the transfer email from your current registrar speeds it up considerably.
Will I lose my remaining registration time when I transfer?
No. A transfer adds a year to your existing expiry date rather than resetting it, so any unused time carries over. Your DNS records also stay put as long as you keep using the same nameservers.
